UX designers help companies understand their customers

UX Designers are in high demand. In this program, students will learn how to develop many of the hard and soft skills they’ll need to make it in the fast-paced world of service and product design.

Learn how to create useful and successful user experiences
UX Designers operate at the intersection of human behavior, market demands, and the latest technologies. They create world-class user journeys using data-driven research and creative thinking.

The role is directly involved in the process of making a product useful, usable and enjoyable for its users. They are comfortable running collaborative design sessions with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to generate design ideas directly from research themes.

What a UX designer does every day

Forget graphics. UX designers assess user needs and business goals, meet with stakeholders, choose methodologies, and demonstrate a strong understanding of different research methods.

UX designers organize and conduct interviews with real consumers, make observations, use ethnographic tools, carry out contextual inquiry and other qualitative methodologies.
