The program is divided into two main parts:
- Learning Modules (≈ ⅔ of the program)
You’ll complete 6 learning modules, each running for 4–6 weeks and focusing on real-world challenges. These are delivered through collaborative, peer-driven work where you tackle briefs from our partner companies. - Industry Research Project (≈ ⅓ of the program)
In the final stage, you’ll design and deliver your own Industry Research Project (IRP). This is an individual project where you apply what you’ve learned, with support and guidance from our facilitators and industry leaders.
Yes, upon successful completion of the Master’s degree program, you’ll receive an internationally recognized Master of Arts (M.A.) degree awarded by Teesside University (UK), amounting to 90 ECTS credits.
This part-time program is built for busy professionals. It’s flexible enough to fit into your week, yet challenging enough to push your growth.
Here’s what the time commitment looks like:
Weekly sessions: Join live, facilitator-led classes every Thursday, 16:00–19:00 CET.
Intensive weekends: At the start of each module, you’ll join one Friday and one Saturday session per month (09:00–16:30 CET)
Self-paced work: Expect around 30 minutes of independent or group work per day during a typical week.
Peak times: Expect a heavier workload at the beginning and end of each module, mainly during Friday and Saturday’s sessions
In short: the more you put in, the more you get out. The program is designed to challenge you and support your growth, while staying flexible enough to fit alongside a busy career.

No, our Master’s degree programs are accredited by Teesside University in the UK and are therefore not eligible for Nordic government student funding.
