  • Meetings, Processes and Workshops Design: Equip yourself with a comprehensive toolkit to expertly craft and execute meetings and workshops. Participants will gain proficiency in utilizing diverse tools to enhance engagement, foster collaboration, and achieve desired outcomes. Framework, methods, and tools: Process Design Model, IDOARRT.

  • Creating Psychological Safety to harness the group’s collective intelligence: Discover the secrets to building a safe space within teams, fostering psychological safety. Participants will learn techniques to create an environment where team members feel secure to express ideas, take risks, and contribute openly with that tapping into the collective wisdom of a team, promoting innovation and effective problem-solving.  Framework, methods, and tools: FIRO, IMGD.
