How might we questions

  1. Review your insights from the research phase so they are fresh in your mind.
  2. A HMW question follows the pattern: Verb, Subject, Outcome. Something like: “Connect older people in Central London to local welfare services.”
  3. As individuals, on post-its, write as many verbs, subjects, and outcomes as you think are relevant based on your research and insights.
  4. Then as a team, build multiple HMW questions using those building blocks.
  5. Pick the most compelling questions to take forward into your idea generation.
