Our course is designed for all levels. Its goal is to help create a better understanding of user experience and empower you to create enhanced customer centricity.
- What is the price of the course?
The price of the course is 1 700 GBP if you wish to participate in the London lab, or 2 725 SGD for participants wishing to be part of our Singapore lab. Payment must be made in full upon registration by credit card or invoice.
- What dates is the Lab on?
The Singapore lab is from 5-6 November 2017, and the London lab from 1-3 November 2017.
- Is this course right for me?
From beginners to those already working in and around the topic, this course aims to provide you with tools and methods that provide real value for users and increase your understanding around user experience and designing for meaningful user experiences. We will transform how you design and implement user journeys, help you to evaluate the quality of user experiences and relate your business objectives to the user needs, all while working on a real-life client challenge to give you hands-on experience.
- Where will the course take place?
The London lab will take place at R/GA London. The Singapore lab takes place at our Hyper Island Singapore campus. More details on venues will be sent to you after registering.
- What will my days look like?
Typically, each day will start at 9am, with morning tea and coffee available from 8:30am. Lunch will be provided each day. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know. Each day will finish at approximately 6pm and the final day will round off at 5pm to allow for travel times. For more detail around the days please download the syllabus.
