Working with the user experience research of our multi-platform product, you will join a team of UX Designers, UI Designers and Product writers, all driven by user insights, working with collaborative Design Processes in a friendly atmosphere. You will also work closely with Developers, Product Owners and various stakeholders within the company. The User Experience Researcher will be primarily responsible for designing, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on user-centered design research and usability testing for the Viaplay product. Your work will also include identification of user needs and goals, ethnography and persona development as well as conducting rapid iterative usability testing, and more formal, in-depth testing and ethnographic research projects.

If you in addition to this are comfortable in a user-centric design process, have solid experience in qualitative research and usability testing, and want to take part in defining the streaming experience of tomorrow - we could have a match!
Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:
Documented experience of doing statistical/qualitative/quantitative analysis in collaboration with other insights and intelligence departments.
Experience with conducting usability testing, working with project teams to determine needs and the best way to test for those needs, create test plans, run the testing (moderating), analyze results, compile reports and do kick ass presentations.
Experience of working with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects
Must have a good attitude, sense of humor and ability to work humbly with others in a creative team environment.
