In order to manage this growth and secure further success Happy Socks is now looking for driven Social Commerce Assistants for the Japanese market.

The Social Commerce Assistants (Japan) will be responsible for identifying interesting social media influencers in various channels in the Japanese market, reaching out to them and following up on the collaborations. We offer a great opportunity to understand, develop and implement influencer marketing at a global fashion company. These roles are freelance consultancy roles within the larger Social Commerce team and provide an entry-level opportunity for a good understanding of social media marketing.

The Social Commerce Assistants (Japan) will report to the Influencer Network Coordinator. The positions are based remotely and run full time for a 6-month project.

Main tasks:

● Find relevant influencers on social media in the Japanese market
● Be the single point of contact for the influencers and build relationships
● Maintain flawless and comprehensive reporting in shared documents
● Contribute to process and reporting improvements
● Be involved in social media planning


● Social media savvy with accounts on major channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
● Well-organized with ability to handle many leads at a time without dropping the ball
● Goal-oriented, proactive and comfortable working independently
● Native-level fluency in Japanese and comfortable speaking English in a work environment 
● Experience using MS Excel
● Interested in fashion
● Right to work in Sweden
