Program Sales Manager: Hyper Islands Full and Part-Time Programs
As the Program Sales Manager, you will manage a small global team that are involved in all facets of its success including sales, marketing, strategy development, goal setting, staff management, budgeting etc. You’d be expected to have an holistic approach on the sales process and to be a real do-er with a “nothing is impossible” attitude.
Responsibilities & tasks
Lead a global sales team, drive sales by outreach and contacting incoming leads via phone and email.
Take on ambitious sales targets and see them as an opportunity to contribute to Hyper Island's’ success.
Nurture relationships to inspire, inform and convert leads into customers.
Proactively manage our CRM database (Hubspot) to ensure quality and reporting.
Work effectively in teams but also maximize the individual potential to optimize quality and efficiency of the sales process.
Reporting to the Head of Sales.
Experience & Competence
5+ years previous work experience, preferably within sales and marketing.
Proven sales capability and ability to manage teams towards targets.
Experience of taking customers through a complete sales process.
A natural affinity for communication in person, over the phone or in writing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional languages are a plus.
Experience in helping clients assess their needs and guide them to the right solution.
The ability to think big but also to execute well; be nimble and quick on your feet.
