Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

Hyper Island is looking for a data and results driven marketer to drive parts of Hyper Island’s marketing funnel. You will be expected to independently initiate, leads and executes marketing & communications activities to support student recruitment to the long term programs in Sweden.

This includes attracting traffic, converting that traffic into new leads, and together with the recruitment leadership, nurture those leads to close into students.


Support student recruitment by creating and distributing content relevant to the customer needs through the different stages of the purchase funnel, including onboarding of students.

Support student recruitment by delivering first contacts and visits to program page to generate leads to the Student Recruiter.

Publish and distribute events in accordance with the event calendar, as well as supporting a successful follow up plan for event attendees to support recruitment conversion.

Follow up and measure conversion data to optimise the recruitment funnel communication.

Support student recruitment by ensuring clear product offerings on the website and external platforms used for marketing purposes. This includes: website copy, landing pages and other recruitment materials

Capture and internally disseminate insights on current students, alumni, collaborators, and partners’ behaviors, needs, and desires.


Other responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

Leading Buyer Persona research and definition to establish a clear base for communication.

Support, create and coordinate recruitment material needed to broaden this business area.

Distribute content on social media in regards to deadlines and special offerings with the help of community manager.

Collaborations include but are not limited to aligning with key stakeholders such as the Global Marketing Team and Head of PR & Communication.
