We’ve recently raised our Series B funding and now we’re looking for a talented Junior User Acquisition Manager to join our team and learn everything about digital user acquisition on a global scale. After training and mentoring from our team, you will become a key player, working with the mission to grow our user base in the best possible way digitally.
This position reports to the Senior User Acquisition Manager. This is a full-time position based in our Stockholm office. Please submit your application in English.
Build, manage, monitor, test and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns (Facebook, Adwords, Snap, etc) to increase performance
Track effectiveness of user acquisition campaigns and implement continuous improvements and optimization.
Improve our understanding of campaign effectiveness and holistic mobile acquisition strategies using in-house systems and third-party data tools such as Appsflyer.
Optimize KPIs using data, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
Source, evaluate, and test new user acquisition channels to scale growth for the business in new and existing markets.
Work with our marketing team to brainstorm ideas and share learnings.
0-2 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, sales, or content marketing. Don’t worry if you don’t have specific experience; we are looking for potential and the desire to learn.
Competitive and analytical mindset. We appreciate individuals who aren’t afraid of taking on challenging tasks.
Fluent in English.
