Director of Global Offering & Quality - transferring into Director of Courses after 1 year.
The main goal of this role is to secure that Hyper Island offers a coherent customer journey across the world and that our deliveries have great impact regardless of geography, means of delivery or participants. You will drive and maintain the development and application of a solid and united platform for our customer insights and offerings. You act as a global connector and coordinator for all our open programs as to ensure all of the above is executed on, and act as a liaison with our global recruitment team and marketing to ensure seamless planning and business growth.
Initially, this role acts partly as covering during a parental leave and will thereafter transform into a fully operational roll within our courses to students whether in physical or virtual delivery.
Focus during the interim position:
Implementing the new evaluation system & anchor in the global organisation.
Support sales team with offering overview and sales materials.
Support development of products to build longer and more blended customer journeys.
Implement and drive continuous product reviews and iterations including routines for production value.
Establish and maintain - yearly offering plan & monthly meetings with local offices.
Implement the yearly process for 2019 years planning - start august.
Create Customer Insight Report for 2018.
Assure global product overview is up to date and aligned with what’s delivered.
Develop the Drive structure and/or Google site for the Global offering.
Support implementation of digitalising our customer experience and offering format.
Head up and coordinate the global operations team within the Open courses business area and ensure we keep a united approach to what and how we deliver Hyper Island learning experiences.
Plan, align and communicate with global marketing, global sales teams and the online team in terms of capacity planning, budgeting, goal setting and product development.
Responsibilities in the next step as Director of Courses:
You coordinate a global team of delivery experts in physical and virtual deliveries of Hyper Island courses around the globe.
Together with your team, you take lead on development of new courses, based on expressed customer needs.
You work closely with Head of B2C Sales and Head of Marketing to ensure alignment on the global delivery plan and changes.
You work closely with the learning design lead in all local offices to assure the customer experience through the delivery.
Experience from Evaluations/Data/Customer Insights.
Several years in a customer facing role - digital marketing and/or sales.
Leading and/or managing projects and/or business areas on a global scale.
Experience from building and scaling digital solutions.
