You already have some technical experience, you have a great service-focused mind, maybe even some sales experience, and you strive to solve problems. Whether you have gathered your experience at work or through interests, it doesn't really matter. What matters most is that you have right kind of mind- and skill-set!
As a Customer Success Manager, you will dive straight into guiding and supporting customers, analyzing data and influencing the technical roadmap, as well as suggesting new ways in we can make our customers’ lives a little easier. Keep in mind that this is not a Customer Support role, but rather the customer's internal advisor here at Detectify.
