Global sponsorship and PR agency with blue chip clients is seeking a community manager internship in its growing Global Content Network. Our Global Content Network specialises in content creation, film and video and digital services to create compelling content to support blue chip clients in the world of sponsorship, sport, automotive and consumer goods.
•Develop channel strategies, clearly demonstrating the role that each will fulfill, where / when / how assets (paid and organic) will be used.
•Support and advise on content strategy when required.
•Active involvement with content development, advising on creative direction against current trends, and social best practice.
•Supporting in the creation of stand-alone social media assets for distribution. •Influencer engagement support.
•Supporting in live content capture at client events where required.
•Supporting in areas of social ad spend inc. campaign set-up, ad objectives, audience profiles, social copy and budget pacing.
•Partnership management where required to support the amplification of the brand social media content.
•You will manage all platform community management.
•Regular liaison with internal team and/or client to ensure alignment.
•You will be required to advise on organic growth strategy to supplement paid posts.
•Proactively advising on and sharing current social trends / insights with PRISM team.
•Per campaign: You will be required to collate and share social media analytics for reporting purposes per campaign.
•Monthly: high level social reporting will be shared, including, measuring performance against objectives and strategic insights.
•From these insights, recommendations are to be made across all social platforms to ensure learnings are integrated as part of an evolving strategy.
DESIRED SKILL SET & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role before, in particular demonstrating:
•Excellent verbal communication skills
•Excellent writing skills
•Hands on experience with social media management for brands
•Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
•Attention to detail and ability to multitask
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint
•Must be able to demonstrate a strong eye for creative, and conceptualization, as well as discipline in terms of working to a deadline and accurately reflecting brand guidelines
•Strong creative ethos grounded in executional excellence
•Management of social posting workflows
•Communicate and present your ideas to the internal team and to clients
•BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
