The Project Manager's main task is to invite high-level decision makers from the biggest companies in Sweden to our invitation-only events. In addition, you are creating event content by committing some of the decision makers to roles at the event, such as speaker.

What the position means:
In this position, you will contact leading decision makers from the top 500 companies in Sweden. You invite them to our top-class events in Sweden, find out their business interests and investment needs. You are responsible for all contact with our invited decision makers mainly by phone and email.
Responsibility for creating attractive programs for your events based on the latest trends and challenges in the marketplace as well as invite speakers.
Visit the events to personally meet the decision makers.

We are looking for you with:
Perseverance and a great drive to achieve set goals as well as make results.
A good ability as well as willingness to communicate with decision makers (CEO, CFO, etc.) mainly via phone and email, but also through personal meetings.
Previous experience of working with B2B or sales is an advantage - an interest in business is a necessity.
A good ability to work in parallel with varying tasks and effectively plan their time.
Fluent language skills in Swedish.
