What is Service Design?

When 92% of purchase decisions are made based on recommendations, designing the customer experience is the most important competitive advantage you can control. You and your competitors may do largely the same thing, but what attracts customers isn’t what you do – it’s how you do it.

Service design is a methodology that can help you see your company from the perspective of your customers and understand that their journey from need to satisfaction is much longer than you may have previously thought. This way, you’ll ensure that the transaction is as valuable to them as it is to you.

What to expect

We will get hands on with Service Design tools, work with real cases, and experience how a Service Design process looks and feels together with representatives from international service design and branding agency Brand Manual.

This event is a taste of a longer Service Design course that Hyper Island will launch in 2019. To make the most of this experience we have decided to limited the amount seats available.
