Increasing a number of loyal donors for WWF
We have questioned ourselves to find what parameters keeps us from donating money. We found that for us to become loyal donors we need to feel that our money actually makes a difference. We need transparency. We need to feel empowered.
We believe that it could be useful for WWF to transform into a more accessible organization. So, how might we help WWF to do this? We suggest that WWF should open up to their data. Data that is interesting, useful and inspiring for anyone that is interested in the saving of our planet. We see that the most efficient way to do this is to create an open API.
We know for a fact that there are a lot of creative people around the globe who are eager to contribute with their knowledge and drive for the collective. With an open API WWF can reach these people. It can be used for making games, presentations, for storytelling or motivating donors by giving more transparency into what WWF is doing.
