The Hyper Island Learning Lab: Storytelling, Branding & Big Data

Join us for the next Hyper Island Learning Lab - New York City, June 13th at 6 PM.

Tara Marsh, an expert in digital content marketing and Global Head of Content for Wunderman, will speak on "Storytelling, Branding and Big Data," how data informs the stories and content that are creating our culture today. Tara will share her insights on branding and content marketing from her extensive experience as a senior executive across 3 WPP agencies. Tara will discuss how brands do not exist in a vacuum, but that they exist in culture and how it is critical to consider both a brand's influence on culture and the cultural context in which it exists.

Renowned Hyper Island facilitator Hazel Swayne will return to bring insights and ideas home for individual participants. You will experience the Hyper Island Way of learning, a key tool for how to manage change in this rapid paced, uncertain world. The Learning Lab is also a way to introduce you to our expert Collaborators, all of whom work on the leading edge of their industries and for Hyper Island to practice what we teach, to "Learn by Doing." The Learning Lab will showcase Hyper Island's proven methodology for helping clients and students achieve a lasting shift in culture and mindset, and accelerate digital learning, change readiness, creativity and innovation.

Tara Marsh leads Wunderman's global content offering. Tara has held leadership roles at a number of WPP agencies and at parent company WPP Group. Prior to joining WPP, she spent 5 years as a consultant at Bain & Company, consulting on diverse strategic issues and serving clients across many industries. A dual British/American citizen, Tara has lived in ten different countries and her professional experience spans France, Australia, the UK and the US. She holds an MA in economics from Oxford University in the UK, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
