Successful exhibition DIGITAL DATA, REAL CHANGE

Hyper Island's DDS students exhibited their digital data based art work on global issues focussing on how to change peoples' attitude and behaviour in the Kleerup Gallery in Stockholm.

Some 70 guests attended the DDS students' exhibition in the Kleerup Gallery and enjoyed the critical and inspiring story-telling about change. The work was the result of a 72-hour workshop with Stefanie Posavec, a London-based artist working across data visualization.

Check out some pictures from the process to see how the data artists illustrated: freedom of speech, gay marriage, noise pollution, "thirsty meat", world wide waste, clothing consumption, overconsumption, metabolism in relation to eating breakfast, average distance to clean water and alcohol abuse.
