This is how we do it
The proposed workshop will introduce participants to the Hyper Island methodology through a practical exercise that will be followed by a reflective session and generalized by further talks from Hyper Island staff about group dynamics and how to create truly creative teams. Hyper Island staff will elaborate on our success critera; how we do it and why we do it in the way we do. Participants will experience a small piece of the “journey” the Hyper Island students go through during courses and programmes that will create a foundation for the participants to understand the Hyper-methodology in a deeper sense.

Participants will get introduced to Experience-based Learning. This model is a great part of the Hyper Island methodology. It supports development of a progressive and life-long learning approach.

This is the by far easiest way to get a true feel of The Hyper Island Way.
