On November 12th 2008, Hyper Island had the pleasure of presenting President of GDQ Associates Dr. Susan Wheelan as lecturer at Hyper Island's third Session.



Susan's past work experiences include Professor of Psychological Studies and Faculty Director of the Training and Development Center at Temple University. Dr. Wheelan has written numerous articles, authored several books and has co-edited The Lewin Legacy: Field Theory in Current Practice and Advances in Field Theory.

Hyper Island was honored to be able to give executives, managers, human resource directors, UGL facilitators and others in the digital media industry in Sweden the opportunity to attend Susan's lecture on team development and productivity. Attendees were presented with what the characteristics of effective membership and effective leadership are, as well as insight into Dr. Wheelan's current GDQ research and some of the results of her past work in distinguishing team developmental stages.
