Åsa Silfverberg is from the southern part of Sweden called Skåne. She lives in beautiful Österlen in a large house where she and her husband has an antique shop where they work when there is time and enjoyment. Roger Sjögren was part of setting up Hyper Island back in the nineties. After some years of working with media related- and conflict resolution projects in the middle east, Roger is back at Hyper Island working as a Director. He also supervises leadership courses, such as UGL and teambuilding. Jan Ingerlund works as a facilitator for different kinds of UGL training and also educates other UGL facilitators. He also has a huge interest in outdoor life and has worked as an outdoor activities leader for 20 years. Kurt Pedersen has worked as a human resources developer and consultant for many years. He has worked with teambuilding and leadership development both within and outside of SSAB (Swedish Steel AB) and is an experienced UGL facilitator. Inger Johanne Jensen has been a certified UGL facilitator since 2003. When she isn't in Sweden to facilitate our Hyper Island courses, she lives in Risör, south of the Norweigian capital Oslo. Ylva Löwenborg works as a Regional Director at the Swedish Red Cross in the northern part of Sweden. She prefers to be in an environment where she can be creative, think out loud and make things happen. She is a firm believer in dialogues and is convinced that we - with joined forces - can change the world. Jan Jägerford has worked for the Swedish Armed Forces as a career officer and lieutenant-colonel for 30 years, and has a lot of experience of working with groups and teams. Nowadays he lives in Kiruna and works with leadership- and teambuilding training. Meta Lagerström has focused on communication all through her work life. Based on the thesis that results will never be better than the work group's weakest link, she focuses on communication between people in the work place. Lars Granberg is an active person who likes to try new things. He's currently working at Medlefors Folkhögskola with short courses in association knowledge, leadership, communication, conflict management and organization development. Nalika Tjärnberg lives in Umeå with her husband and children. She works as a consultant at Ledarskapscentrum AB, as well as a UGL facilitator for Hyper Island, among others. She loves dance, peonies and ingenious crosswords. Gunnel Selin lives in Göteborg and works at Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset (SU). She is a certified UGL facilitator since 2007 and has been working with leadership since 1988. | Contact
