Less a “class” than an introduction to a new way of thinking, the 3-day Hyper Island Master Class provide you with a fast-paced series of presentations and collaborative workshops led by our facilitators, a mix of leading industry talent and members of our Hyper Island brain trust.

We seek to raise awareness and comfort and inspire participants to create functional change in their organizations over the course of several stages and deftly navigate the future, without missing out on the present.
Here is a bit of what you can expect from the Hyper Island Master Class experience:
Stage 1: Urgency
People have a sense of what they believe, an ingrained perception. We want to take this mindset and shake it up. Digital is changing not just media, but the way we interact. It is constantly transforming power structures and reinventing business models. Participants are invited to challenge everything they know about their industry and human behavior.
Stage 2: Possibilities
Given this shifting landscape, participants are invited to mine new possibilities for growth in their industry. Collaborative workshops and engaging speakers allow participants to discover new opportunities, build up solutions, and react to their own views. We call this “experiential learning.”
Stage 3: Implementation
This stage helps participants learn to implement their new knowledge. We leave them with an actionable plan that will change the way they think, act, and react to the changes and challenges in their industry. Not in some vague future, but Monday morning.
